We cap ourselves at eight to ten our project planning processs a year so that Adrian Griffee, our owner, can be physically present on every jobsite, every phase.

We do the opposite. Adrian personally meets with every potential client, designs every project, and is on site through every trade — concrete, framing, steel, stone, plaster, electrical, finish. When you call, he answers. When something has to be decided in the field, he’s the one making the call.
We’re also realistic about what building a pool feels like from your side of it. It’s a major investment, it’s months of disruption, and it’s deeply personal — you’re going to live with this every day for the next thirty years. So we communicate constantly. You’ll always know where the project stands, what’s next, and why.

Engineered Like Architecture
The clearest way to see what makes us different is to look at the structural steel work — cantilevered roofs, suspended fire walls, modern canopies. Most pool builders sub this work out or won’t quote it at all. We design, engineer, and fabricate it in-house alongside the pool, so the architecture, the water, and the hardscape read as one composition.

We’ve been building custom pools and outdoor living projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 2004. Twenty-plus years of work in the same market, with the same owner running every project, is one of the longest track records of any luxury pool builder in DFW.

We build primarily in DFW’s luxury markets: Westlake, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, the Park Cities, Frisco, Flower Mound, Keller, and the surrounding gated communities including Vaquero, Glenwyck Farms, Mira Vista, and Hills of Kingswood. We’re based in Grapevine.
Why do you only build 8–10 pools per year?
So Adrian can be physically on every jobsite, every phase. A volume builder running 50+ projects a year cannot give each project owner-level attention — the math doesn’t work. By capping our capacity, we protect the quality of every project we do take.
Do you build outdoor living projects without a pool?
Yes — when we have capacity. Our priority is pool clients and combined pool-and-outdoor-living projects, but we do take standalone pavilion, outdoor kitchen, and architectural steel projects in DFW when the scope and schedule fit.
How does your warranty work?
Every custom pool we build comes with a lifetime transferable structural warranty. The warranty stays with the pool if you sell the home, which protects both your investment and the future buyer’s confidence.
