Most DFW pool builders quote you a pool, then hand the rest of your backyard to subcontractors. We don’t. The pool, the renovation, the hardscape, the outdoor kitchen, the water feature — same team, same drawings, same finish-level standard, same person you’ll be calling in ten years.
The pool industry is set up to be cheap and fast. Volume builders run dozens of jobs at once, hand each one to a project manager you’ll meet twice, and price the pool low while marking up the upgrades. The construction reflects it. The hardscape doesn’t match the pool. The outdoor kitchen drains into the deck. The water feature was an afterthought added with exposed plumbing. Six years later something fails and the builder is hard to reach.
We chose a different model. Eight to ten projects per year, capped on purpose. Adrian walks every site personally — first consultation through final walk-through. Our in-house masonry team builds the pools, the hardscape, the outdoor kitchens, and the substructure beneath the water features. Our in-house steel fabrication shop builds the cantilevered roofs, floating fire walls, and architectural water feature armatures most DFW pool builders can’t fabricate. Private Consultation
Adrian visits your property in person — at your convenience, including evenings. We walk the site, talk through how you actually use the backyard, and review any architectural plans, designer drawings, or reference images you’ve already developed.
Design & Itemized Proposal
You receive a fully itemized written proposal with material samples, design renderings where they add value, and every line broken out — pool, hardscape, kitchen, water feature, electrical, gas, finishes. No vague “allowances,” no markup hiding inside catch-all categories.
Permits, HOA & Build
We manage all city permitting and HOA architectural review on your behalf. Once approved, our in-house team breaks ground with weekly photo updates and direct access to Adrian throughout. Most projects run 12–22 weeks depending on scope.
Reveal & Long-Term Care
On completion we walk you through every system, address any final punch items, and hand off documented care instructions for everything we built. Then we stay reachable — most of our annual work comes from past-client referrals across the DFW area.

Do I have to hire you for all five services at once?
No. Plenty of our clients hire us for one service — a pool only, a renovation only, an outdoor kitchen only, a single water feature. The advantage of working with us across multiple services is consistency in design, materials, and finish standards — but there’s no requirement. Pick the scope that makes sense for your project and budget.
What’s the price range across your custom pool services in DFW?
Project totals vary widely. Renovations typically run $20,000 to $150,000+. New custom pool builds typically start at $150,000 and run well above $500,000 for architectural builds. Standalone outdoor kitchens with pergolas run $40,000 to $150,000+. Full backyard installations — pool plus hardscape plus outdoor living plus water feature — typically fall between $300,000 and $1,500,000+ depending on scope and materials. Every proposal is fully itemized after an in-person walk.
How long does a full backyard project take?
Most single-service projects run 4–14 weeks. Multi-service projects — pool plus hardscape plus outdoor living plus water feature — run 16–28 weeks from contract to final walk. Architectural water features and M|R Walls installations can extend timelines due to fabrication lead times. We give you a real schedule before you sign, not optimistic estimates.
Do you work with architects, interior designers, and landscape architects?
Yes — and frequently. Most of our higher-end projects involve coordination with one or more design professionals already engaged on the home. We integrate into that team rather than fighting for control of it. We respect existing drawings, attend design meetings, and bring our engineering and fabrication capabilities to whatever direction the design is heading.

Most pool builders assign you a project manager who is one of dozens managing simultaneous jobs across hundreds of active builds. Decisions get made by people you’ve never met. Communication routes through layers of staff. With us, Adrian is the single point of contact from first consultation through final walk-through. You have his cell. He’s on your site personally during critical phases. Eight to ten projects per year is how we can deliver this — and why we cap intentionally.
What makes your structural steel fabrication capability matter?
Most DFW pool builders outsource any structural steel work. We fabricate ours in-house — cantilevered roofs, floating fire walls, custom water feature armatures, steel-framed pergolas, and architectural canopies. That capability is rare among DFW pool builders, and it’s why we can take on architectural projects other custom builders refer out or decline. It’s also why our work integrates so cleanly — the steel is engineered to the same tolerances as the rest of the construction.
